9:50-Esparza/Truck Leave King for Rose Garden.

10:10-Arrive at Rose Garden loading dock gate area.
Parents and students meet together at gate loading dock.
Do not bring anyone extra. Do not enter area w/out Mr. E.
(See directions on how to get there on next page).

Unload truck, load in equipment, and set up ASAP.
Stage equipment in line to carry onto the floor.

11:00-Sound check.
11:30-Be off of the floor. Stage equipment under bleachers.
Pass out tickets and passes-Go over rules.
Respect-represent yourself, District, School, Community
Family, State, and country. Nobody goes anywhere they
aren’t
supposed to go. If you do, you go home without the pass and

are exited from the program.

Go to dressing room –relaxe - stretch.

1:00-Game starts

Please have your student performer wear a t-shirt and dark pants
without stripes or jeans. Tennis shoes or sneakers are also preferred.
They can also wear a jacket to stay warm, but I prefer that the students
don’t bring hats or anything that isn’t needed for the show.

All students must stay with the group as we are a team. If you need to
leave for any reason then you need to see me.

We watch the 1st Quarter and then go to the equipment together and get
ready to perform for the half.

Half-time: perform and then get gear off of the floor and stage
equipment for the Blazer show.
Students will then go to their seats with the team and watch the
remainder of the game. At the end of the game we will all leave the
Rose Garden and establish a meeting place and time to meet when
returning for the Blazer game.

Rest, sleep, eat something not too heavy or greasy, and water
preferred.

PM
6:30-Meet at designated area.
Students prep for game and go to dressing room area to leave items.

Watch 1st quarter and then leave at beginning of 2nd quarter to prep
for show.

Half-time-Perform. Remove equipment and pack up ASAP.
Load truck and leave.

TICKETS: I have enough tickets for each child and one adult for the
first game. I have 30 tickets for the Blazer game
so I
suggest that some adults enjoy a break in the dining
area
until the end of the 1st quarter of the Blazer game
is over.

I expect that we will not be done until close to 9:30 or 10pm. I
really could use help unloading the truck as the group is not called the
One of a kind Ed Esparza line. But in all seriousness, it’s a lot of
work and work is done easier with the help of many hands.
