Most people who hear the One Of A Kind Drumline for the first time will
say that the group is “Amazing” and then they will continue to tell
their story of how they “Heard the drumming and had to come see the
group up close.” It is then that they see something much different
than what they were expecting to see. They see kids performing like a
fine tuned machine while demonstrating leadership far beyond their
years. This excellence through leadership is what Edward A. Esparza, the
leader of the One Of A Kind Drumline strives to achieve with each of his
students.
Come watch and cheer for the One Of A Kind Drumline in Southwest Washington’s Got Tallent on September 13th! The Drumline will be performing along with 9 other great acts for their chance at one of the top 3 places.
The competition will be held at the 39th annual Sausage Fest (at St. Joseph School, 6500 Highlands Drive in Vancouver), Sunday, September 13th at 6:00 PM. The admission is only $1.
Southwest Washington’s Got Talent is a fundraiser for the Vancouver Sunrise Rotary Club’s community projects, including Clark County Sheriff’s Santa’s Posse, Vancouver Police Activities League and Orchards Park Rose Garden.
